My car gained a long scratch on the left side of my vehicle that starts from the front quarter panel of the passenger side from the passenger side front door and continues all the way to the back door. When i brung up the scratch the lady helping me says “i have good and bad news, the bad news is if It was from our car wash It would’ve been in a circler motion, so it’s no way we could’ve done that, the good news is i have something to buff It or wax it”. All in all she disregarded my concern and didn’t offer to do my claim until i brought It up. She then said she’d contact to me in 48-72 hours but i never received any communication. It’s sad because I’ve been a member for over 2 years. They didn’t even show me the video footage or any pictures that my vehicle came in with the scratch before i got the wash.

This was my first time at this location but I will be back and may get a membership, let me tell you why. I was on the way to the airport and wanted to get a quick wash and vacuum before I got there. When I arrived everything went smoothly and the service was great. I got my wash and headed over to the free vacuums and towels with surface and window sprays. After getting that done, I attempted to start my car and my battery was dead. I looked around for some jumper cables and found some small ones for a bike. I went and spoke with the people working at the location asking if anyone could assist with a jump because everyone else were vacuuming their cars. I found exactly who I needed. Let me tell you guys about Sam. Once I presented my issue, Sam was more than willing to assist. Sam jumped into his car and pulled his car up right next to mine. After the first attempt the cords were too short to reach; so Sam readjusted his car to get closer to mine so it could work. Unfortunately, the cords were not strong enough and my car would not start. Not an issue for Sam, because he’s Sam. Without question Sam said he would go to the AutoZone around the corner and grab a better pair of jump

I just want to give a warm shoutout to Ms Kelly! She’s amazing! I didn't understand why my car didn’t scan at the washer. I went an told on myself because I do the right thing in life. However Ms Kelly came over looked at the issue and fixed the problem with no hesitation!!!!!! FOR THAT ILL BE HAPPY TO GET A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WITH JAYS!!!!! GREAT JOB!

Saturday 4/18/26. Suppose to open at 8am. Returned for a second wash. Staff was friendly and car wash was good.

I had a great experience at jays car wash . I love the deals they have and the car wash is on point especially having free vacuum and glass cleaner/surface sprayer. My car was looking clean and ready for the Lyft riders membership is affordable have to say worth it . Thank you jays car wash for having great customer service as well and the bathroom are very clean stay on point you’ll also have me as a customer.
